Be sure to copy the files into your
Program Files/Plus!/Themes/Barry Manilow directory.

Also, be sure that your Plus option has the 
"Stretch Desktop Wallpaper to Fit The Screen" checked.

I make many of my sound files rather long for a 
music theme, so let me know if you think they're too long.
